Manz Automation ends acquisition of Intech
Germany based Manz Automation has acquires 70% of Taiwan based Intech Machines.
The transaction amounts to €36 million and will help Manz Automation to strengthen its global market position in the solar and LCD-Industry. Due to this acquisition the company has already increased the 2008 prognosis. Turnover shall now reach €210 to 215 million (before €175 to 180 million).
