Editor: Anke Schröter
Sony will cut 179 jobs at its plant in Ribeauvillé, France.
In December 2007, Sony announced lay-off of about 230 employees. On Friday last week, the group reduced that figure to 179, Lefigaro reports. This figure also includes 6 retirements and 45 voluntary resignations, which will reduce the number of actual lay-offs to 128.
