CSR ships 500 Million bluetooth<br>devices with Teradyne ATE
Teradyne has said that UK based Cambridge Silicon Radio(CSR)has shipped their 500 millionth Bluetooth device using Teradyne’s ATE solutions.
CSR uses the Gen4 on its large installed base of FLEX(TM) test systems to test their BlueCore device, the single-chip Bluetooth solution that is ranked first in every Bluetooth market segment. CSR’s BlueCore ICs are widely used in a variety of wireless products, such as mobile phones, wireless headsets and almost all new models of laptop personal computers with Bluetooth capability.
