Dell to spend $23 billion on components from China
Dell stated that it plans to buy $23 billion worth of components from China this year.
The company disclosed the plans in a statement issued to Chinese reporters in Beijing. This would be a 28% increase from $18 billion last year. Dell’s rivals, such as Hewlett Packard and Apple, have also benefited from falling prices in this market segment.
