PartnerTech sells SMT department<br>to KA Elektronik

PartnerTech had stated earlier that they would focus their electronics manufacturing to their Customer Center in Vellinge and Electronics Division should be relocated (och att elektroniken skulle flyttas dit). KA Elektronik, a local compan, will take over the production at the PartnerTech facility in Åtvidaberg. Production will be continued at the present facility. Bo-Göran Björling and Roger Drejstam, responsible for PartnerTech’s site at Åtvidaberg, will continue their work for the new owner. The take-over is planned for 01.04.2008. Meanwhile, KA Elektronik will discuss with trade union representatives the future employment of their current staff members. An agreement should also be reached by the beginning of April.
