BYD to acquire Hungarian Mirae Industry

BYD will pay around $4.3 million for the acquisition and take over responsibilities for all Mirae Industry’s outstanding payables. This will bring the total transaction costs to $23 million, Redlinechina reports. The transaction and acquisition will be made by BYD's Hungarian subsidiary.
