Freescale pays 90 000 euro<br>to former employees

Freescale is paying 850 000 DK to three former employees.
Three former employees were sacked from a Freescale department, which at that time was part of the company Nibe. The three engineers were accused for using confidential information from Freescale in their own company, which they were running parallel to their works at Freescale. The three engineers claim they haven’t done anything wrong and thin January the case were brought to trade court in Denmark. In last minute before the case were brought to court Freescale agreed on paying 850 000 DK to the three engineers in a settlement.
