Flextronics to acquire Wavebreaker
Flextronics Design AB, a subsidiary of Flextronics International is acquiring local Swedish RF-design developer, Wavebreaker AB.
Flextronics is acquiring 100% of the stocks in Wavebreaker. Through the deal, Flextronics will strengthen its core competence within the field of radio development of communication systems for 3G, WLAND and Wimax. No financial details were disclosed.
