The SMT department includes 4 engineers and 3 operators, 2 LPKF laser machines, 1 Tannlin laser machine and 1 Sunmenta AOI machine.

We can produce every kind of stencil for different types of tensioning systems. We have the license to sell both VectorGuard and TetraBond foils plus we can also offer a 100% compatible product that we call Stencil-Cover. Standard frames are of course among our products and we can add a "space-saver frame" which is specifically designed to reduce the overall dimensions by more than 50%.  Thanks to the size of the outer frame, it's easier to store, for it uses up less than half the space of a standard frame. 

Multilevel or stepped stencils are being produced daily by using the LPKF machine thanks to its welding technique allowing you to always receive a certified and precise product.

When talking about surface treatments, we offer the nano-quartz technology. The best surface treatment you can add to your stencils so far.

Our working process is so well organized that allows us to ship standard stencils during the same day if we receive the order before 10 am. 

In the case of multilevel or nano-coating stencils, we just need 24 hours more.

Outside Italy we are present in many different markets such as Germany, Austria, Tunisia, Switzerland, UK, Hungary, Romania, Malta with very competitive prices and high quality standards.
