Mycronic receives US order for two SLX systems
The Swedish technology company has received an order for two SLX mask writers from an unnamed, but existing customer in the USA. The total order value is between USD 8 and 12 million.
Delivery of the first SLX system is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021, while delivery of the second system is scheduled for the first half-year of 2022.
The SLX laser mask writer was launched in October 2019 to meet rising demand for photomasks for the semiconductor industry, which is driven by long-term trends, and to meet the future need for replacement and modernisation.
