What's going on with On Semi and Fairchild?
Once again – think its the fourth time now – ON Semiconductor has extended its tender offer to purchase Fairchild Semiconductor.
The Offer will now expire on March 17, 2016, unless it is once again further extended as required or permitted by the merger agreement. All other terms and conditions of the Offer remain unchanged.
