Dialog clears US antitrust review of Atmel acquisition
The US Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission have granted early termination of the waiting period for the proposed acquisition by Dialog of Atmel Corporation.
Dialog Semiconductor and Atmel have also received notification from Germany's Federal Cartel Office that the acquisition has been cleared to proceed.
