Murata extends Beijing facility

Murata has installed a magnetic near-field distribution measurement instrument in shielded room at their Beijing Branch.

Murata Electronics Trading (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. has installed EMI noise measurement equipment at the Beijing Branch in October 2012 and has started analysis and solution support service for EMI noise. Murata set up the Design and Engineering Center at Murata (China) Investment Co., Ltd. in 2007 with an aim to provide quick technical services to customers in China. The company installed EMI noise measurement equipment in Shanghai and Shenzhen in 2008 that was specifically intended to provide EMC technical support. Murata also set up the company's first overseas electromagnetic anechoic chamber building called "Murata EMC Center" in Shanghai in 2010. Now, Murata has also set up a shielded room and measuring instruments at the Beijing Branch of Murata Electronics Trading (Tianjin). Murata plans to expand sales of its EMI suppression components "through a technical support service for providing EMC problem solutions based on the technologies we acquired over the years", a press release reads.
