Compal Communications selects Broadcom

The BCM21664T is optimized for the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system (OS) and includes a dual-core, 1.2GHz HSPA+ processor, powerful graphics and application processing capabilities, and a full suite of wireless connectivity technologies, including GPS, Miracast and NFC. The platform also incorporates a low power solution for 2G/3G dual-SIM dual-standby, an essential feature in emerging markets.
