DEAPL signs intellectual property license agreement with Aviat
Under the agreement, Aviat has granted DEAPL, a subsidiary/JV of Indian EMS provider Dixon, a limited license to use specified intellectual property, including technical know-how, solely for the manufacture, use, offer for sale and sale of microwave radios.
Dixon Electro Appliances Private Limited (DEAPL), a subsidiary/joint venture of EMS provider Dixon Technologies (India) Limited, has entered into an intellectual property license agreement with wireless transport solutions provider Aviat Networks (India) Private Limited.
Under the agreement, Aviat has granted DEAPL a limited license to use specified intellectual property, including technical know-how, solely for the manufacture, use, offer for sale and sale of microwave radios, on the terms and conditions of the agreement, Dixon said.
