Using practical examples, she will show how companies can make the leap from spreadsheets and reactive decisions to smarter, more resilient planning processes. Before the lunch break, Nikolaos Florous from Memphis Electronic will provide a market analysis of the ongoing transformation in the global memory industry. His presentation will examine how AI-driven demand, geopolitical developments, and shifting investment patterns are reshaping both the market for modern and traditional memory technologies. The afternoon technical presentations will be opened by Dr. Dimitri Kokkinis from CICOR, offering a look at component embedding technologies. As electronic devices become increasingly smaller while also more powerful, integrating active and passive components directly into multilayer substrates is gaining significance. The longest session of the day follows with Dieter G. Weiss from in4ma and Eric Miscoll from EMSNOW. Together, they will analyze the global EMS landscape and explore why European EMS companies are struggling to return to sustainable growth while manufacturers in Asia continue to expand. Next, Dirk Rettschlag from LPKF will address the latest developments in laser depaneling. The conference will conclude with a presentation by Georg Denkinger from Leuze electronic assembly, addressing one of the industry’s central questions: How can electronics manufacturers remain competitive despite rising costs, a skilled labor shortage, and increasing global competitive pressure?
