Spaceline Labs leases 1,300 sqm in Odense for satellite development

The Danish space tech upstart Spaceline Labs ApS is renting 1,312 square meters of premises in a converted industrial building at Østerbro 5 in Odense C. The lease was brokered by Colliers Fyn. Spaceline Labs develops satellites for monitoring large geographical areas and operates at the intersection of space technology, security, and defense-related solutions. The premises, which previously housed Fyns Telefon, include offices, a showroom, and warehouse space, and are now being adapted to meet the company’s specific requirements for security and functionality, according to a press release from Colliers. "We are in a phase of rapid growth and need new premises that can support our development and meet the unique demands we have for security, functionality, and day-to-day efficiency," says Spaceline’s CEO Nicolai Iversen.
