Incap regarding regional management structure with three new manager roles

Contract manufacturer Incap is reorganizing its management structure around three geographic regions—Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas—as the company adapts its management model to a broader global presence following recent years’ acquisitions. Three regional president roles have been established as part of the new structure. Murthy Munipalli, previously Director of Operations for India, has been appointed Regional President for Asia-Pacific. Ralf Hasler, formerly Director of Operations for Germany and Romania, has been named Regional President for Europe. The Americas region will be temporarily led by CEO Otto Pukk, in addition to his responsibilities as Group CEO, according to a company press release. At the same time, Helena Maripuu is appointed Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and becomes a member of the management team. She has previously been responsible for the company’s communications and investor relations. Munipalli and Hasler will continue as managing directors for their respective markets until successors have been appointed. “Organizing our management structure by region at the group level supports more effective leadership and strengthens the execution of our growth strategy and decentralized business model with clearer regional priorities,” says Otto Pukk, CEO and Group CEO of Incap. Incap also states that the company is working on updating its strategy and expects to provide more information on it towards the end of the year
