AIXTRON equips ROHM with G10-GaN platform for own epitaxy

German semiconductor equipment manufacturer AIXTRON SE is supplying Japanese power semiconductor maker ROHM Semiconductor with a G10-GaN deposition system for establishing its own GaN epitaxy in Hamamatsu, Japan, according to an AIXTRON press release dated June 8.
