Elektrotim to allocate nearly 20 million PLN for dividend

At the general shareholders' meeting of Elektrotim, it was decided to allocate nearly PLN 20 million from the net profit for 2025 to dividend payment. Each shareholder of the company will receive PLN 2 per share. During the general meeting, it was decided that the dividend record date would be June 19, 2026, with the payout scheduled for July 24. Part of the generated profit—PLN 8.8 million—will be allocated to the company's reserve capital. This year's dividend is lower than last year's.
