Aumovio plans to sell its Mechelen production site to the Dumarey group

Aumovio plans to transfer its production site in Mechelen, Belgium, to the Dumarey Group as part of its efforts to optimize its industrial footprint. The proposed transaction includes the transfer of approximately 300 employees and the site itself to Dumarey, while customer relations will remain under Aumovio's responsibility.
