German semiconductor manufacturer Infineon Technologies AG maintained its position as the world's largest supplier of semiconductors for the automotive industry in 2025. Data published by TechInsights indicates the company has held the top spot for six consecutive years. The global automotive semiconductor market grew to $74.4 billion in 2025. Infineon's market share was 12.8%, a slight year-on-year decrease, but it increased its lead over the number two player. The company remains strong in all key regions, leading in China, Europe, and South Korea, while holding second place in North America and Japan.
