OEM International acquires Finnish KSA Oy

OEM International AB has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Kokkolan Sähkö ja Automaatio Oy (KSA Oy), based in Karleby, Finland. The company is active in the sale of automation and electrical products, with an annual turnover of approximately 3.6 million euros. According to OEM's CEO and Group President Jörgen Zahlin, the acquisition strengthens the group's presence in the Finnish market, particularly in the Karleby region and along the west coast, while paving the way for further business development. KSA Oy, founded in 2008, is described as a company with strong technical expertise, well-known brands, and a clear customer focus. KSA Oy's CEO Michael Westman emphasizes that OEM International as the new main owner represents long-term commitment and financial stability, as well as opportunities to develop the business further within a larger industrial group. The acquisition is planned to be completed on April 13, 2026, and is expected to have a marginal impact on OEM International's earnings for the current year.
