Sonel's new strategy

Sonel has presented an updated development strategy for 2025–2027. The document was adjusted following changes to the group's structure made in mid-2025. The company has set thresholds for net profit and sales revenue. It aims to achieve a net profit of PLN 20 million in 2027, targeting a return on equity of 17% and at least PLN 200 million in revenue in key business segments. The strategy also sets a minimum gross margin of 25%, assuming profitability will be maintained despite increasing scale. "To do this, we must continue to develop our distribution network and acquire new partners and sales representatives," Sonel stated. The company emphasized that international expansion remains a key development direction, planning to grow in both existing and new markets. Among the strategic tools are acquisitions of entities in selected markets, which are intended to enable faster entry into new segments and leverage existing demand
