Vision On Line expands management board

Vision On Line GmbH has strengthened its management: since January 1, 2026, Christian Schaarschmidt has been a managing partner of the company. This provider of industrial image processing solutions is thus setting the course for further growth. Christian Schaarschmidt brings many years of experience in industrial image processing, having previously held senior roles at Stemmer Imaging and industrial camera manufacturer SVS-Vistek, where he was responsible for product strategy and customer support. His addition expands the company's technical expertise, particularly in vision systems and automation solutions. Vision On Line plans to further develop the combination of image processing and robotics to create flexible automation solutions for tasks like singulation, inspection, or feeding processes. Furthermore, the company is working on dedicated image processing modules for vertical applications, such as in the food or packaging industries, focusing on tasks like label inspection or verifying best-before dates. Management views this personnel expansion as a strategic move to deepen its solution portfolio and address more complex customer requirements
