Leab Estonia installs new Scienscope component counters

ESD-Center has installed a Scienscope AXC-800 III X-ray-based component counter at the contract manufacturer Leab Eesti OÜ. The third-generation AXC-800 III combines advanced X-ray technology with AI algorithms and delivers up to 99.99% accuracy and repeatability. The system can count components down to size 01005 in under two seconds per reel and also features a patented internal optical barcode reader, which is expected to streamline the workflow and reduce the risk of inventory discrepancies.
