Etteplan begins negotiations on layoffs

The Finnish company Etteplan is initiating negotiations regarding layoffs, a process that could affect up to 336 employees. The company anticipates the possible elimination of up to 40 positions, along with further permanent layoffs or transitions to part-time work for a maximum of 30 people. The goal of the negotiations is to align the competencies in this segment with the company's strategy, citing financial, production, and operational reasons related to business restructuring.
