SECO/WARWICK wins CAB line contract in China

The SECO/WARWICK Group will deliver a continuous controlled atmosphere brazing (CAB) line for aluminum to a Chinese manufacturer of advanced thermal solutions. The installation will be used to produce cooling components for data centers and for rail transport elements. This is the company's first cooperation with this partner in China. The order involves the supply of a complete 1000 mm wide CAB line with the full technological process. The line will be used to produce, among other things, three-dimensional vapor chambers (3D Vapor Chamber) and cold plates. Vapor chambers are used in cooling high-power-density processors for data centers, while cold plates are used in systems for managing the temperature of traction batteries in electric vehicles. The uniqueness of the project lies in the ability to braze two different product groups—3D-VC and cold plates—within a single line, guaranteeing exceptional temperature uniformity and process repeatability crucial for high-quality components in modern technologies. This order confirms that SECO/WARWICK delivers solutions precisely tailored to dynamically developing sectors, gaining the trust of new clients even in competitive and advanced industries like IT cooling or rail technologies
