PIT-RADWAR takes over Military Communications Plant No. 2

PIT-RADWAR Joint Stock Company, headquartered in Warsaw, has merged with Military Communication Plants No. 2 Joint Stock Company, based in Czernica. The merger, executed through the acquisition of WZŁ-2 by PIT-RADWAR and the transfer of all assets in exchange for shares, was finalized on January 16, 2026. This move strengthens the defense and radar sector company's organizational and asset base, ending the separate legal existence of WZŁ-2 and consolidating both entities into a single enterprise
