Ericsson leases 24,000 sqm from Castellum in Hagastaden

Castellum has signed a 15-year lease for approximately 24,000 square meters in the Infinity project in Hagastaden, Stockholm, with the tenant confirmed to be Ericsson. The telecom giant states it has signed an agreement with Castellum for the premises, while noting that no decision to leave Kista has been made and a review of its offices there is ongoing. The project, starting construction in autumn 2025, is planned for occupancy by late 2027. The lease includes an option for the tenant to unilaterally reduce the space by half by June 1, 2026, which would adjust the lease term to five years.
