Bürklin enters partnership with Diotec Semiconductor

Electronics distributor Bürklin has announced a strategic partnership with German semiconductor manufacturer Diotec Semiconductor. This collaboration expands Bürklin's semiconductor portfolio with discrete power semiconductors from a manufacturer with its own production facilities in Europe and Asia. Diotec, founded in 1973 in Heitersheim, develops and produces discrete semiconductor components and possesses its own wafer and chip fabs in Germany and Slovenia, with assembly and final production in company-owned plants in Germany, Slovenia, India, and China. This vertical integration aims to ensure high manufacturing depth and stable supply chains. Diotec's product range includes voltage regulators, MOSFETs, IGBTs, silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFETs, Schottky diodes, ultra-fast rectifiers, Zener, TVS and ESD protection diodes, bridge rectifiers, and small-signal devices, used in automotive, industrial, energy, lighting, and consumer goods applications.
