HMS Networks completes the acquisition of Molex "Industrial Communications

Last November, it became clear that HMS Networks had signed an agreement with Molex regarding the acquisition of parts of the company's "Industrial Solutions" division. HMS Networks now announces that the acquisition has been completed, and consolidation will take place from January 2, 2026. The acquisition includes intellectual property rights for hardware and software, a product portfolio of network cards and software stacks, customer relationships primarily in the USA and Japan, and software development teams in Canada and France. The French company Woodhead Software & Electronics S.A.S.U. is also part of the acquisition
