EmbeddedArt Group acquires Granit Teknikbyrå

EmbeddedArt Group AB has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in the technical consulting company Granit Teknikbyrå AB. The acquisition was finalized at the turn of the year, valuing the company at 33 million SEK, with an additional purchase price of approximately 4 million SEK following the audited financial statements as of December 31, 2025. The initial purchase price amounts to 33 million SEK, paid through 14.1 million SEK in cash and 18.9 million SEK in newly issued shares in EmbeddedArt. Granit Teknikbyrå is a technical consulting firm with about 25 employees operating in the defense industry, headquartered in Östersund with offices in Enköping and Åre. In 2024, the company's revenue was 33 million SEK with an EBITDA result of 4.5 million SEK, and a similar result is expected for 2025. The current order backlog exceeds 40 million SEK. The company's primary focus is on integrated logistics support (ILS), with assignments covering the entire system lifecycle from development to decommissioning. Granit Teknikbyrå also works with CE marking and operates primarily within the EU. Following the acquisition, Granit Teknikbyrå will continue to operate under its current name, with the same employees and customer relationships as before
