Lenbach Capital acquires Kathrein Solutions

German investment company Lenbach Capital has acquired Kathrein Solutions GmbH, according to a press release. The acquisition aims to create a stable ownership structure and support the company's long-term growth strategy. Kathrein Solutions will continue to operate as an independent entity, retaining its existing management. The company develops and produces hardware and software solutions based on RFID, BLE, and UWB technologies, with a portfolio including readers, antennas, system components, and custom solutions for industrial, logistics, and infrastructure applications. Lenbach Capital stated that the transaction builds upon its prior acquisition of Kathrein Broadcast and will further strengthen its presence in radio-based communication and infrastructure solutions, with a focus on supporting innovation, product development, and market expansion for Kathrein Solutions.
