Foxconn subsidiary plans to expand production in Vietnam

According to a Reuters report, Foxconn's subsidiary Fushan Technology plans to expand its production in Vietnam to include electronic devices such as Xbox gaming consoles. The agency cites a document submitted to the environmental department of Bac Ninh province (northern Vietnam). According to its content, the company also plans to increase smartphone production capacity by 30 million units, reaching a total annual output of 140 million units, and to produce chargers for smart rings. The Fushan factory could also produce up to 100,000 drones annually.
