Incap acquires Lacon Group

Incap Corporation is acquiring 100% of the shares of Lacon Group, a company operating in the EMS and ODM sectors, with plants in Germany and Romania. The transaction is set to accelerate the Finnish electronics manufacturer's expansion in key sectors and pave the way for further development in Europe's largest EMS market—Germany. The acquisition price is a minimum of €50 million, with an additional potential payment of up to €5 million, contingent on 2026 financial results.
