Neways and Nearfield Instruments have signed a strategic partnership agreement, formalizing a collaboration that began a year earlier on the development of the QUADRA system for precise semiconductor metrology. The signed agreement strengthens a partnership that started in 2024 when Neways first contributed to the design and industrialization of modules and control cabinets for QUADRA, Nearfield Instruments' system for automatic semiconductor metrology using a 3D scanner. Since then, QUADRA has seen steady sales growth, with its systems being delivered to leading semiconductor manufacturers who benefit from unprecedented process control accuracy.
