X-FAB and Fraunhofer ENAS launch "Lab-in-Fab" cooperation

X-FAB and the Fraunhofer Institute for Electronic Nano Systems ENAS have entered a strategic partnership to accelerate the transfer of microtechnology innovations from research to industrial manufacturing. The core of the collaboration is a "Lab-in-Fab" model, which more closely interlinks research, development, and production to significantly speed up the transition of new technologies to series production. The focus is on Advanced Packaging and the heterointegration of electronic components and systems
