Gapwaves' largest owner transfers subscription rights worth about 15 MSEK

Gapwave's largest owner, Kildal Antenn AB, has transferred subscription rights worth approximately SEK 15 million to qualified investors who have committed to subscribe for shares in the company's ongoing new share issue. Kildal Antenn AB, which owns about 19 percent of the capital in Gapwave, has transferred all 5,983,000 subscription rights within the framework of the rights issue. These rights entitle the holder to subscribe for a total of 997,166 new B-shares, representing approximately 19.2 percent of the issue, with a total value of SEK 14,957,490. The transfer was made free of charge to a number of qualified investors, including Molcap Invest and an existing shareholder in the company, all of whom have committed to fully subscribe for the allocated shares. According to Gapwave, Kildal Antenn has limited opportunities to participate in the rights issue. The transfer ensures that the subscription rights are utilized in the issue.
