Cicor boosts orders and takes over two Valtronic sites

In October, the Cicor Group secured significant new orders from the Aerospace & Defence (A&D) sector, increasing its book-to-bill ratio for the year-to-date to 1.09 (September: 1.04). The company also confirmed the completion of its acquisition of Valtronic's production sites in Morocco and Cleveland (Ohio, USA). The new A&D orders, valued at approximately CHF 40 million, reflect heightened defense program activity and Cicor's strong market position as a leading European EMS provider for A&D. While this growth is driven by the accelerated European military buildup, Cicor confirms its existing annual forecast. The newly acquired sites, specializing in innovative medical and diagnostic devices, add around 220 employees and at least CHF 20 million in annual revenue, establishing Cicor's first US production facility and doubling its capacity in Morocco without significantly impacting its balance sheet or EBITDA margin
