JRH takes control of Farada Group

JRH ASI S.A. has finalized the transaction to acquire a controlling stake in Farada Group, a Polish company developing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technologies. Upon full implementation of the agreement, JRH plans to hold a total of 58% of the company's shares. Farada Group operates in the UAV technology sector, designing, manufacturing, and integrating UAS systems for civilian and military use. As part of a prior letter of intent, the company is joining the ORBITEO project, a holding by JRH that consolidates entities from the defense, space, AI, and deeptech industries
