Cadence finalizes the acquisition of Secure-IC

Cadence has completed its previously announced acquisition of Secure-IC, a provider of embedded security IP, cybersecurity solutions, and security evaluation tools and services. By combining Cadence's expertise in IP and subsystem design with Secure-IC's embedded cybersecurity solutions, this acquisition enables Cadence to meet the growing demand for robust embedded security technologies in several sectors, including automotive, data centers, aerospace and defense, mobile, IoT, and consumer electronics.
