Potential buyer shows interest<br>in Flextronics Gironde
SVE, a french manufacturer of industrial vehicles is currently showing interest for Flextronics’ manufacturing unit in Gironde, local media reports.
The plant was taken over from Solectron when Flextronics acquired Solectron last year. If SVE takes over the plant from Flextronics, they will use it for assembly systems for energy management for vehicles. SVE is most interested in the buildings, however a take over would probably also include some staff and equipment. SVE is a subsidiary of the Dassault Group.
