HP Etch further strengthens its status at DEK
The Swedish stencil manufacturer HP Etch delivers DEK ball placement stencils for wafers directly to end customer.
The Swedish stencil manufacturer HP Etch has now been manufacturing DEK ball placement stencils for over one year. Ball placement stencils can have up to 150.000 apertures which makes high precision etching the most suitable method. After an initial period when the ball placement stencils were shipped to DEK, HP Etch will now deliver direct to end customers all over the world. Direct shipment enhances the logistics and shortens the lead time. "I see direct shipment as a confirmation that we are meeting the high quality demands that DEK and their customers have", says Jan Kilén, managing director at HP Etch. "As ball placement stencils are rather sensitive to mechanical impact we have designed a suitable package to protect the stencils during transport", he adds. The relationship between DEK and HP Etch continue to develop as HP Etch now also can deliver etched VectoGuard stencils and accessories.
