Italian – French PCB Merger
Italian based Printed circuit board manufacturer Elco has placed a bid on its French rival Maine Printed Circuit.
Through this deal Elco seeks to get a foothold in the French PCB market. Maine Printed Circuit is only trading on the domestic market in France. How much the value of the offer is worth has not been revealed according to French Electronics Media Electronique.
Maine Printed Circuit is a subsidiary of French Computer firm Bull. Maine has 86 employees and did 8 million Euros in total sales last year. The company is focused on advanced multi layer boards up to 30 layers.
