Multiprint buys ScanCircuit
Denmark based PCB Trading Firm Multiprint A/S has acquired rival firm ScanCircuit Aps.
Multiprint A/S will take on ScanCircuit's customer and contact information. Suppliers and other partners will also be transferred to Multiprint. ScanCircuit is also a provider of laser cut stencils. The transaction does also include this business. The companies have not given any financial information on this transaction.
