Austrian investor takes over M+W Zander
German company M+W Zander has been clarified: Absolute Capital Management has acquired the company and immediately resold it to Austrian investment company Victory Industriebeteiligungen AG.
Victory will take over the control over the entire M+W Zander group, including its fab builder business. Financial terms were not disclosed.
