Huawei confirms its plans
Chinese telekom giant Huawei confirms its plans of opening up an office in Latvia during the second quarter this year. Huawey are interested in the development of the 3G networking in the Baltic region.
This means like they are interested in the winner of the third licence of UMTS/GSM as well as the “fast growing telecommunication market”, according to Dienas Bizness.
