Changes in the management at VOGT
VOGT Electronics has made som personnel changes in the executive committee.
Larissa Vogel is no longer responsible for finances in the executive committe. Her tasks has been transferred to VOGT's CEO. Beside the finance executive committee Larissa bird have also the supervisory board members Werner follower, Peter Dennstedt, as well as Dr. Ing. Hans Joachim Wolff their supervisory board mandate laid down. The newly selected chairman of the supervisory board, Shigeyuki Yawata, and the executive committee of the VOGT electronics AG will request, announce a judicial addition of the supervisory board immediately in accordance with § 104 AktG the enterprise.
