Fuba extends capability at Tunisian plant

Fuba Printed Circuits Tunisia has just inaugurated the extension of its factory of El Azib, located beside Bizerte in Tunisia. This extension will be dedicated to the realization of multi-layer printed circuits including/understanding, initially, four and six layers. The company in addition increases its annual output of some 200000m2 with 300000m2. Fuba Tunisia, partner of the German Fuba Printed Circuits since his creation in 1991, invested for that 7,5 million euros this year, after an investment of 12 million euros of 2002 to 2005. In parallel, Fuba Tunisia took a participation of 50% in the capital of Fuba Germany. Slim Sellami, general manager of Fuba Tunisia, was in addition co-opted president of the directory. The company Fuba Tunisia, which employs 450 people today, carried out a sales turnover of 18 million euros in 2005 (100% with export) and projects to approach the 35 million euros from here 2008.
